  • I came to Ana with a weight above the acceptable level, which was causing other health problems. I couldn't lose weight, even on a low-calorie diet. Ana opened my eyes to so many myths about health and weight loss. For example, I wanted to suppress my hunger; but Ana showed me that with a good metabolism, the person feels "good hunger" (her term and I love it). While so many diets preach suppressing hunger, I embarked on this one with Ana, even though I didn't really believe it. It's amazing how I lost 10 pounds in one month eating carbohydrates. It was still a struggle to continue, because I restricted myself from eating many foods I craved, but the cleansing work with Ana was so worthy. It really continues to help me lose weight 3 months later. My metabolism has really recovered and today I feel much better. Ana is kind and very knowledgeable about what she does.
